RANDY BOLLIG
Founder and CEO

Randy Bollig served in several executive management positions at Intel Corporation during a 26 year career before founding Energy Management Advisors. While at Intel, Randy led the procurement of the >$12B of equipment, automation, construction and support services that fueled Intel's massive international expansion. It is there where he pioneered numerous supply-chain management tools and Cost of Ownership models saving the company >$1.8B. Randy graduated with a B.S.I.M. from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds an MBA from the Thunderbird University of International Management. Randy chaired the Sematech Supplier Relations Council, served six years on the T-Bird Global Advisory Council, and is an active supporter of civic and academic endeavors.

Randy is developing and growing EMA's capabilities based on a solid foundation of core business values and engineering principles. Randy surrounds himself with a network of professionals and independent contractors who pride themselves on integrity, data-based decision making and putting the client's interests first.
