Vestar is a long standing and valued client, having contracted EMA on numerous occasions for energy saving assistance on multiple properties. Such properties include The District at Tustin Legacy, Tempe Marketplace, and Desert Ridge Marketplace; comprising several million square feet of retail space spanned out over hundreds of acres.
University of San Diego
The University of San Diego (USD) is one of the oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions in the greater San Diego area. USD offers more than 60 degrees at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. Grayhawk Golf Club
Since opening in 1994, Grayhawk Golf Club has become one of Arizona's most celebrated daily-fee golf clubs, mostly because of Grayhawk's two exceptional 18-hole golf courses -- Talon and Raptor. Both have earned numerous awards and accolades over the years, and have hosted high-profile competitive events such as the PGA Tour's Frys.com Open (2007-2009). EMA is grateful to have completed Lighting, HVAC, Building Envelope and Solar projects for this prestigious club.
Boys and Girls Club of America
Boys & Girls Clubs of America (or BGCA) is a national organization whose mission is to "enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens." The Club offers more than 100 quality after-school and summer programs. Working with the Boys and Girls Club of America provided EMA with an opportunity to give back to the community by providing services at a reduced, non-profit rate.
The American Red Cross
The American Red Cross (ARC) is a volunteer-led, humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education. Today, the ARC offers services in five additional areas: community services for the needy; comfort for military members and their family members; the collection and distribution of blood and blood products; educational programs on preparedness, health, and safety; and international relief and development. EMA is honored to continue a legacy of philanthropy by providing services at a reduced, non-profit rate.
Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa
The 350 key, Tamaya Resort on the Santa Ana Pueblo is a destination experience like no other. EMA performed a comprehensive energy assessment for the facility as well as orchestrated a property-wide lighting retrofit. This Hyatt is one of the more than 15 hotels EMA has supported in energy efficiency initiatives including Sheraton, Hilton, Millennium, Marriot and several independents.
